Exchange Policy

We strive to pack and deliver your items in the greatest condition, but we truly apologize if you encounter any defects in the items sent to you. Please follow the below steps to receive an exchange.

  1. Inform us within 7 days of receipt by replying to the email sent to you for your order and we will reply to you as soon as possible.  
  2. Explain in the email the defects and attach any product and packaging photos and/or videos so that we can expedite the process.
  3. If the item is viewed to be faulty and defective, we will arrange for exchange of the item 
  4. Defective item will be exchanged one to one with a same brand-new piece. In the event the exact item is out of stock, you can exchange with a similar item / any item of your choices, for which you may top up any difference.

Do note that the defected product must be returned to us with original packaging and in the same condition as described earlier. 

Also, additional markings or labels may appear on the outer packaging of bulky items during the delivery process. Do note that such markings on the product packaging are not considered defective and will not be entitled to any exchanges. 

AdoraBabyCo reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what is considered as a defect. Upon stringent checks if we find that the item does not qualify as a defect, we apologize that we will not be able to conduct the exchange.
